After having Kaya fo nearly a year, we started to think that maybe she'd enjoy having a brother. So we contacted Sue again and in order for us to get the boy we were hoping for there needed to be 3 boys in the litter....strangely enough, it was a litter of three boys! So Raiden came to live with us. We were warned he had more of an attitude compared to Kaya's sometimes shy nature. Attitude plus is what we got. If Raiden were in school he'd be considered the class clown, he's known for his constant smiling face and bouncy antics around the house. There isn't much that scares him, and he thinks that every creature was put on this earth to play with and entertain him.

Raiden loved the show scene, and finished his Canadian Championship at 11 months of age. He also obtained his CGN (Canine Good Neighbour) title at 10 months of age. He's qualified for 2 legs of his pre novice obedience and over the summer of 2009 finished his 3 legs needed for his Rally Novice title. We're very proud of our little goof ball.
Raiden is no longer intact, and is simply our lovey boy at home.

Cohen is our keeper from our first litter, the third of three bouncing boys, from our little lady Kaya. He is a comical little fellow, with an attitude to die for. He is Raidens sidekick and constant shadow, wanting to do everything exactly the same as his uncle. He's a joy to have around home, and turns everything into an adventure.
Cohen made a splash in the rings from the get go and finished his Candian championship breeder/owner handled with mostly group placements. In October 2011, under the guidance of his handler, Dennis Collins, Cohen also became an American Champion. Not only that, but 3 days later he became a Best in Specialty Show winner at the National Shiba Club of America Regional Specialty in Romulus, New York. Where the previous year at the same shows, he was:
Best in Sweepstakes
Best Bred By Exhibitor
In April 2012, Cohen and I hit to Canadian show rings yet again, and he blew away the competition becoming a new CFC champion in short order.

Ryu is Nami's littermate and son of our Kaya. We co-own him with his family, so he does not live with us. He is much loved and spoiled. He has a sweet temperment, and is definietly a mama's boy. He goes everywhere with her.
His mom Emma decided that she enjoyed the show ring after I threw her in there with Ryu and they've been a great team in the ring ever since. Ryu was a group winner before he was a year old, and has many group placements to his name.
Ryu and Emma will be playing in the show ring on and off through the summer of 2012. We're proud of both of them!!
